About Integra Integra Associates was established in 1995 by Mark Bloomer, a chartered accountant with previous experience as a financial systems consultant, when he saw an opportunity to create a new model to provide real value in financial software consultancy. Since then, Integra Associates has grown to include 9 core employees, with a strong network of highly qualified and experienced associates.
