Mark Bloomer
Mark has been working on implementing
financial systems since 1992, including full lifecycle project
management, and is a founder and Director of Integra Associates Ltd.
Mark has worked on a wide range of projects for Integra, including
project management of the implementation of financial and time
recording systems, design and roll out of procurement systems to
over eight hundred users, and design of a number of management
reporting and systems integration solutions. Mark has also project
managed the implementation of Sun Systems at part of the National
Grid.
Most recently Mark has been focused on
assisting customers in the financial services industries to
integrate Agresso to front end systems and to meet regulatory
reporting requirements as well as Agresso v 5.5 upgrade projects.
Prior to founding Integra Mark spent two
years as a Financial Systems Consultant with a financial software
house, primarily on implementing the Agresso system. Mark trained
as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse, concluding his
career there as a Senior Auditor.

 Gary Clydesdale
Gary has over ten years extensive and
varied experience of financial applications consultancy, built on a
broad accountancy background.
Gary has been with Integra working on
Agresso, and Microsoft Business Solutions Axapta implementations
since 2001. Prior to this he spent three years with software
houses working as a senior product consultant for both the Agresso
and Axapta systems.
Gary's recent Integra projects have
included development of complex web based reporting solutions in the
property, transport and local government sectors as well as
development of new Agresso screens using Agresso VBA tools.
Previously Gary spent eight years in the
bio-science industry in positions including Systems Accountant and
Financial Controller. During this period he was involved in a number
of software implementations including that of the Sun Systems
accounting suite.

Ian Davis
Ian has been working with financial
systems since 1983, initially as a management accountant, and later
as a systems consultant.
Ian's projects have included development
and roll out a number of local government sector procurement
solutions development and deployment as well as consultancy in the
commercial, health, and higher education sectors utilizing Agresso's
PCB, logistics and Financials modules.
Ian has been with Integra for four years,
and joined us after a period as systems development manager for the
Agresso system at the RAC. Previously Ian spent four years as a
senior product consultant on the Agresso system at an Agresso
reseller. This followed three years as financial controller and
systems accountant at an NHS trust where he was responsible for
selecting and implementing the Agresso system. Prior to this Ian
worked in a number of management accounting and business analyst
roles in the commercial sector.

David Trevette
David has been working with financial
systems for fourteen years, having worked on a number of Agresso
sites. He has extensive experience of systems development and is
expert in understanding the architecture of complex systems
integrations.
David has been involved in the
architecture design of several complex CRM / Finance systems
integrations with Siebel and PeopleSoft, including one
implementation for a large motoring organisation. These projects
typically encompass the detailed design of extensive shared system
processes, shared data architectures and the high volume
migration design of legacy data to the go live solutions. More
recently David has been working closely with Agresso UK to design, develop and implement
an Agresso ETL toolkit for the purposes of integration.
David joined Integra in 2002. Prior
to this David spent eighteen months in the roles of Business Systems
Analyst and Systems Accountant for Apex Computer Recruitment and TMP
Worldwide. During this time David was project manager and
administrator for Apex's Agresso system, and business analyst for
the replacement of Agresso with TMP's Oracle system.
Before this David spent three years as
Finance Systems Manager for Southbank University where he was
responsible for the implementation of Agresso, and four years as
Finance Systems Manager at Basildon & Thurrock General Hospitals NHS
Trust where he implemented Ross's CS Accounts. He began his systems
career with 2 ½ years as Assistant Finance Systems Manager at
Southend Community Care Services NHS Trust. During the above roles
David has also undertaken significant systems developments including
database systems and system integrations between finance systems and
industry specific front end, and third party external systems. 
Lindy Armiger
Lindy joined Integra in 2007 and has
worked on projects to implement Agresso 5.5 at an energy company,
and at an entertainment brand management company as well as on a
procurement system for a local government customer.
Prior to joining Integra Lindy worked for
Agresso for ten years as an implementation and also as a pre-sales
consultant both in the UK and the US. This experience encompassed
all Agresso versions current during this period, including most of
the last year training and working on version 5.5, and has covered a
wide range of modules, particularly financials and logistics as well
as a wide variety of organizations, both public and private sector.
Prior to Agresso, Lindy has ten years application consultancy
experience in other business systems and has worked in cost and
systems analysis and healthcare administration.

Allan Burrows
Allan has ten years
experience of implementing the Agresso system in a variety of
industries, including project management of implementations.
Allan has been with
Integra for seven years and has worked on a great variety of
projects including implementing logistics and project time and
billing solutions into professional service organisations and local
government, and major CRM systems integrations. Allan
has undertaken a number of roles for clients including project
management, business process analysis and re-engineering and systems
design.
Prior to joining
Integra Allan spent four years with a software house, concluding his
career there as a senior Agresso product consultant. Allan
began his career with Severn Trent Water, initially in a variety of
accounting roles, and later working on an implementation of Oracle
Financials, and as Project Manager for the implementation of an
electricity industry specific system.

Ray Davidson
Ray's experience
combines over ten years of implementing Agresso in a number of
industry sectors throughout the full project lifecycle, with a
strong commercial and public sector accounting background. Ray has
been Integra's lead consultant on a project to set up a project time
and billing system for a large consultancy organisation, and has
worked on setting up web based procurement for a higher education
and a building sector client. More recently Ray has
been leading a project to set up and integrate Agresso for a Lloyd’s
insurance syndicate in its
London
and US offices.
Ray joined Integra in 2003
after spending six years with Fraser Williams Financial Systems
where he spent time both as a Senior Product Consultant and as a
Senior Pre-Sales Consultant on the Agresso system. Prior
to that Ray spent 19 years in Education, local Government and
Private Practice, where he occupied roles including that of Senior
Auditor with KPMG, and Deputy Finance Director. During this period
he was responsible for implementing two financial systems including
Oracle and Microcompass.

Ted Wright
Ted has a wealth of experience in the
software applications industry having 26 years of experience in
a wide variety of roles on both the customer and supplier side,
from development, installation and support through to project
management of implementation teams.
Ted has worked on a wide range of Agresso
based projects at Integra including implementation of the debtors'
module with periodic invoicing and payment plans, system audits, and
a re-implementation at a UK university.
Ted has been with Integra for over five
years. Prior to this Ted spent four years as Customer Services
Manager for Prophecy Europe. This followed a two year spell as
Senior Product Consultant with Agresso UK, and nine years as Senior
Pre-Sales Consultant & Development Manager for Walker International.
Prior to that Ted spent six years working through the traditional
software development route of analyst programmer, systems analyst,
and business analyst with a number of hi-tech companies.

Jeremy Barclay
Jeremy joined Integra two years ago and
has worked on projects to implement Agresso’s automated bank
statement load, development of interfaces to the Sales, Purchase and
General Ledgers, as well as system enhancements to meet business and
local government standards. Jeremy has also worked on projects to
develop reports using all the standard Agresso report writing tools.
Jeremy has worked with the Agresso system
since 1999, initially as Finance Systems manager and then as
development manager at the RAC. Jeremy's projects here included the
successful development and implementation of a multi-million pound
billing system, as well as system enhancements to the Sales,
Purchases and General Ledger configurations.

Tom Jordan
Tom has been working with Integra in
project management roles for the last 3 years, including an
assignment to manage the full implementation of Agresso at Ipswich
Borough Council, to manage an upgrade of the Agresso software to
version 5.5 at the Royal Marsden NHS Trust, and to implement a new
Agresso 5.5 system at Bath University. Tom has brought excellent
communication skills, string planning ability, team building and
motivational skills to all of these projects.
Tom has nearly 30 years of experience in
the IT industry, over 25 of which have been with the FWL Group
(previously known as Fraser Williams) and has experience of all
aspects of software development and product implementation. Tom has
20 years experience in project management and has worked with a
number of customers in various sectors of industry, both commercial
and public. Tom has managed the implementation of Agresso at the
Scottish Prison Service, the Royal Air Force Maintenance Group, the
Port of Felixstowe (which was the first live implementation of
Agresso in the UK), Lopex, Inveresk Research, Hammerson, the CITB,
Capital Shopping Centres and The Bank of England.
He has managed a wide variety of software
projects, and has a good track record of delivering project
objectives on time and to budget.

Paul Morrison
Paul is a highly experienced technical professional with design,
specification and development experience in a number of languages,
operating systems and databases. He has a great breadth and depth
of experience of Agresso installations, and has been working on
Agresso installations since the early 1990’s. Paul’s contribution
to Integra’s projects has always been valuable and his skills and
approach are highly regarded by both our customers and his fellow
consultants. Paul has been working with Integra on Agresso projects
since 2006 and has worked on a variety of projects including Agresso
software installations, including version 5.5, system reviews and
audits, technical training, database tuning, and development work
including purchasing ‘punch-out’ to procurement market places, and
report writing using all of Agresso’s reporting tools.

Lynda Ball
Lynda is Integra’s Finance Director, and runs our own back office
systems, providing administrative support to the in-house team and
associate consultants.
Lynda worked as an accountant in practice for twelve years where she
was Corporate Services manager to a wide client base.
After working in practice Lynda was financial accountant to
an independent tour operator where she was involved in systems
implementation and testing.
