Mark has worked with implementing financial systems since 1992, including full lifecycle project management, and is a founder and Director of Integra Associates Ltd. Mark has worked on a wide range of projects for Integra, including project management of the implementation of financials and time recording systems, design and roll out of procurement systems to over eight hundred users, and design a number of management reporting and systems integration solutions.
Mark trained as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse.
Senior Consultant and Commercial Director
Allan has extensive experience of implementing U4BW in a variety of industries, including project management of implementations.
Allan has been with Integra since 2001 and has worked on a great variety of projects including implementing logistics and project time and billing solutions into professional service organisations and local government, and major CRM systems integrations. Allan has undertaken a number of roles for clients including project management, business process analysis and re-engineering and systems design.
Senior Project Manager
Tom has over 20 years experience of managing U4BW projects. He holds an Honours degree in Computer Science and is a member of the British Computer Society. Tom was responsible in 1993 for the first live implementation of the Agresso product within the UK. Joining Integra in 2005, Tom’s U4BW experience covers new implementations and upgrades to existing systems which encompasses all versions up to and including Milestone6. Familiar with managing projects around a ‘full lifecycle’ implementation methodology, he is also highly experienced in the PRINCE2 project management methodology. Tom has experience of working within all industry sectors but specialises in local government and higher education.
Service Desk And Business Development Manager
Kathryn joined the Integra family in January 2015, having developed strong working partnerships with Integra, through her career with Integra clients. Kathryn brings 25 years’ experience in global finance systems, and over 17 years of U4BW (Agresso) experience. Having successfully managed and supported U4BW across multiple sectors, including public sector in Education and Global commercial enterprises. Kathryn’s experience includes a multinational U4BW implementation, building global service desks, service mergers, upgrades and re-implementations. Kathryn is both Prince II & ITIL qualified, with years of first-hand experience of implementing and managing major ERP change management programmes with specific experience in implementing solutions to support business process change and introducing global support services and service desks to support U4BW implementations.
Of Gary’s 26 years implementation experience, 17 have been U4BW focussed. His experience includes a breadth of functions including full implementations, product support and reporting in a variety of sectors, including 10 years in the transportation industry, providing support and customisation for Integra customers.
As the lead of our U4BW Technical Services Offering, Gary is our go to guy for the more technical aspects of U4BW including interfacing, web services, business intelligence, report engine (ARC and Excelerator) and recently Agresso Customisation Tools (ACT).
Interim Financial Controller
With over 25 years as a qualified accountant in industry, Hazel supports our back office team, providing administrative support to the in-house team and associate consultants. Hazel is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant with Sketchley Services Limited, and her experience includes accountancy roles working for universities, NHS and private limited companies.
Web and Marketing Manager
Prue is the newest member of the management team and is responsible for the company’s events, PR and marketing activities. She is a qualified marketing professional who holds an MBA from Warwick Business School. Prior to her MBA, Prue graduated from Loughborough University in 2002 with a BEng in Electronics and Computer Studies and pursued a career in embedded engineering at ARM in Cambridge, where she went on to train as a Technical Marketer. Before joining Integra, Prue worked at a Cambridge based Marketing Consultancy where her clients included a number of Trade Associations, Local Authorities and Higher Education establishments.
Resources co-ordinator & PA to Mark
Kerrie had a background in account management and logistics before joining Integra in 2014. Her experience from previous roles enables her to manage demanding deadlines and complex requirements in a calm and friendly way. She successfully matches Integra consultants’ skills with our clients’ specific needs.
Kerrie is the primary point of contact for resource booking requests.
Agresso Consultants and Project Managers
All Integra team members have extensive experience of working with eitehr U4BW or Sage X3. Many have technical qualifications or are qualified accountants. Each Integra team member has first-hand experience of financial systems implementations in financials end user roles and as application consultants for software houses.
