Our 2019 Unit4 Business World (Agresso) User Day took place on the 13th of November 2019 at the Thinktank Science Museum in Birmingham, with the event attracting a capacity audience.
In the absence of a Unit4 Business World (Agresso) User Conference this year, we decided to run an event aimed at helping users find solutions to some of the most common issues currently surrounding the system, including Milestone 7 upgrades and Making Tax Digital.
On top of that, we were also keen to show those in attendance how they can enhance their organisation’s use of the system through minor developments that can help to improve business processes, and save staff valuable time.
This predominantly involved our innovative range of system development add-ons, Expert Solutions, and notably our Supplier Portal solution, a connected web front end solution which allows suppliers to view and amend their own details, as well as much more.
Aware that one of the key benefits of these events to users is the chance to engage with fellow Unit4 Business World (Agresso) customers, we also invited two of our customers: Ipswich Borough Council & West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) to discuss their recent projects with the audience. This preceded a panel session where the audience were invited to ask the presenters about their recent project experiences.
To round off a successful event, we also managed to raise a total of £610 for our chosen event charities, all of which carry out invaluable work across a range of communities.
