We at Integra, are proud to announce and congratulate Bruce Foster, one of our Senior Implementation Consultants, on becoming the first Unit4 UBW consultant globally to be accredited in both Record to Report (R2R) & Hire to Retire (H2R).
Bruce, who is highly regarded both within Integra and amongst our customer base, joined Integra 5 years ago as an experienced Unit4 HR and Payroll Implementation Consultant. His dedication to his personal professional development has resulted in this much deserved double achievement. Bruce made this achievement possible despite having a full schedule of client commitments.
Accreditation, training, and continuous professional development of our staff are a priority to Integra. R2R Accreditation
The Record to Report (R2R) process forms the foundation of financial reporting, risk management, strategic reporting, and decision making. The R2R process reconciles all aspects of an organisation, potentially comprising of tens of thousands of tasks and activities, and is relied upon by internal and external stakeholders to reflect a true and fair position of the business. R2R in itself is risk laden enough, making it imperative that the credentials and capability of those implementing and managing the process are of the highest standard.
