We are pleased to welcome Meg Hawkins our new Application Support Consultant, who joined Integra Associates last week.
Meg joins us from PlacesforPeople in Preston, prior to that was she worked for Liberata, after supporting Agresso for 6 years in the Houses of Parliament. Meg has over 8 years experience supporting Agresso (now Unit4 Business World U4BW).
This new position is one of a few created to ensure we meet the needs of our growing customer base. Meg’s appointment serves to bolster the capacity of our growing Service desk team, based in our Manchester office. The Manchester office will host our planned series of complimentary events, the first of which takes place next month, and Meg will be in attendance on the day.
We have no doubt that her Support/Analyst experience to date will prove invaluable in maintaining U4BW integrity for our customers when handling issues escalated to our helpdesk. Throughout her career, Meg has interacted with all of our target sectors particularly Central Government. Her appointment will be instrumental to our growth in that sector, and help our position as a G-cloud8 Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supplier. Our service desk covers all Business World (Agresso) modules and technical issues, reporting tools, system administration tasks, workflow and web services. Customers can log technical and application issues using their preferred method of communication; email, telephone or online via the service desk portal. Issues can be tracked through to resolution and onsite consultancy booked for more complex requirements or developments. This flexible service allows customers to tailor the support to their particular needs, specifically designed to complement your Unit4 annual support and maintenance agreement. Meg’s appointment ensures the team can continue to give our clients the peace of mind of our mature, well managed, support service.
