Unit4 today announced the acquisition of the US based student management solution provider, Three Rivers Systems.
The Three Rivers Systems’ student management system, regarded in the US as one of the best Higher Education solutions, will integrate with Unit4 ERP (Agresso) using People Platform, resulting in the industry’s first complete next generation Global ERP solution.
Unit4 People Platform will be used to seamlessly integrate both systems offering an end to end solution. The new pairing will utilise the powerful yet flexible localisation framework within Three Rivers Systems. The truly innovative and responsive solution brings together the current offering of Finance, HR & Payroll and Research Management from Unit4 with Admissions, Registration, Student Billing and Student Services from the complete student management solution.
Unit4 has over 1000 customers in the Education sector worldwide, with this acquisition supporting Unit4’s strategy to offer market leading industry specific solutions to businesses living in change (BLINC).
