Our core Customer Portal solution is available through our Customer Pack, with the optional extra functionality available via the four packs below this. You can either sign up on an annual or monthly basis, with the prices for both available to view.
Customer Pack

Our Customer Pack is our core self-service portal functionality, and enables you to sign-up to 10,000 of your customers. You benefit from the following features through this pack:
- Enable your customers to view and amend their own masterfile details, which can be checked and approved via workflow
- Allow customers to view, search and download their invoices and payment plans by status, dates and amounts
- Give customers the ability to view their transactions, as well as download a CSV of them
- Display customer notices within one centrally managed location
- Customise the portal to meet your own branding guidelines
- Secure customer logins via two-factor authentication should you wish to
- Make users accept your terms and conditions before they are able to use the portal
- Benefit from on-going support for the portal via our Support Desk
Payment Pack

In addition to all the functionality included within the Customer Pack, you will also be able to:
- Receive customer payments through the portal
- Have portal payments automatically matched to the correct invoice
- Choose your payment provider. We work with WPM or Stripe out of the box, although we can work with the vast majority of providers.
- Accept anonymous payments (e.g. from students' parents)

Our Supplier Pack is our core self-service portal functionality, and enables you to sign-up to 5,000 of your suppliers. You benefit from the following features through this pack:
- Enable you suppliers to view and amend their own masterfile details, which can be checked and approved via workflow
- Allow your suppliers to view, search and download their invoices
- Give suppliers the ability to check the status of their invoices and view your next payment date
- Receive indexed invoices from your suppliers to documents for registration
- Modulus checking of bank details and ability to request suppliers upload verification documents to document archive for changes
- Customise the portal to meet your own branding guidelines
- Secure supplier logins via two-factor authentication should you wish to
- Make users accept your terms and conditions before they are able to use the portal
- Benefit from on-going support for the portal via our Support Desk
